FORMAT - floater wod
*Both athletes work at the same time, splitting work/transitioning in any way they want.
*Intermediate athletes MUST complete the floater WOD before noon on Sunday. Novice and RX athletes MUST complete the floater WOD before 3pm Sunday. If you wait too long, and there’s a long line, you might end up with a no-score (we will NOT go longer than the times noted because we need to prepare awards and verify scoring.)
4 Minute AMRAP
Max meters on Assault Air Runner AND Max d-ball Over Yoke
Details: 3, 2, 1…athletes decide how they wanna do it - but go. Max effort run and d-ball over yoke. There will be a men’s height and women’s height set - they will not be changed, period. Meters will be recorded when runner stops ticking - athlete MUST pull feet off at the 4 minute mark or team will be penalized.

RX - 150/100
Intermediate - 100/70
Novice - 70/50
STANDARDS
run: start at Go, stop at TIME…that’s about it
dball over yoke: rep begins at the floor, athlete must pull dball up and get over yoke to the other side - we suggest dball cleans but how you get it up and over is up to you
Scoring
This is worth 2 full events. Score 1 is meters on assault air runner - most meters wins. Score 2 is dballs over yoke - most reps wins.
