***Please note that standards do not necessarily reflect competition programming. Standards are designed to provide very general guidelines regarding athlete capabilities. We encourage you to sign up for the division most appropriate for your team - we understand that some of the more challenging weights and movements might be more of a stretch for some competitors than others, but we design workouts with that in mind (ex: one RX Women’s team might be able to touch-and-go 205lb deadlifts and do large sets of bar MU, another RX Women’s team may have to do 205lb deadlifts and bar MU as singles - both are fine, and challenging yourself with a tough division is badass). Our goal is challenging workouts that are a good time for everybody! FOR COED TEAMS, STANDARDS BELOW APPLY - JUST REVIEW YOUR RESPECTIVE GENDER STANDARDS.
RX MEN
315 lb. deadlift, 225 lb. clean, 135 lb. thruster, 20 lb. WB, roughly 70 lb. KB & DB work, 30” box jumps, double-unders, HSPU/hand-walking, toes-to-bar, bar/ring muscle-ups, etc. RX athletes should be prepared for anything.
RX WOMEN
205 lb. deadlift, 155 lb. clean, 95 lb. thruster, 14/20 lb. WB, roughly 50 lb. KB & DB work, 24” box jumps, double-unders, HSPU/hand-walking, toes-to-bar, bar/ring muscle-ups, etc. RX athletes should be prepared for anything.
INTERMEDIATE MEN
255 lb. deadlift, 185 lb. clean, 115 lb. thruster, 20 lb. WB, roughly 50 lb. KB & DB work, 24” box jumps, double-unders, toes-to-bar, pull-ups, some basic inverted skill work, etc. We know athlete capabilities/technical skills range quite a bit in this division so we program with that in mind - if one partner can do everything listed and the other is close, sign up.
INTERMEDIATE WOMEN
155 lb. deadlift, 115 lb. clean, 75 lb. thruster, 14 lb. WB, roughly 25-35 lb. KB & DB work, 24” box jumps, double-unders, toes-to-bar, pull-ups, some basic inverted skill work, etc. We know athlete capabilities/technical skills range quite a bit in this division so we program with that in mind - if one partner can do everything listed and the other is close, sign up.
NOVICE MEN
185 lb. deadlift, 135 lb. clean, 95 lb. thruster, 14-20 lb. WB, roughly 35 lb. KB & DB work, 20” box jumps OR step-ups, singles, straight-ish leg raises (above 90 degrees), ring rows, etc.
NOVICE WOMEN
125 lb. deadlift, 85 lb. clean, 55 lb. thruster, 10-14 lb. WB, roughly 20-25 lb. KB & DB work, 20” box jumps OR step-ups, singles, straight-ish leg raises (above 90 degrees), ring rows, etc.
