We have hosted over 14 major events and our winter CF Circus (our largest annual event) plays host to 400+ athletes, 100+ volunteers, and around 1600+ spectators (held at Ignit in Grimes/Des Moines, IA). Check out our Instagram (@thecfcircus) and lock in partnerships so we can provide the highest level of visibility and return on investment!
Various opportunities noted below, but we’ll always get creative to support the best partnership for all parties if you have specific ideas in mind!
CONTRIBUTOR, no cost
Provide prize package items and/or volunteer raffle items - examples include free product, gift cards, coupons, gear, etc.

RX CONTRIBUTOR, $100
Provide prize package items and/or volunteer raffle items valued over $500 total - examples include free product, gift cards, coupons, gear, etc.

· Option to include any marketing material in ALL athlete bags - this could be a postcard, flyer, pen, coozie, etc. (contributor must print/deliver prior to event)
· 1 professional photograph highlighting your product/contribution (you would own this photograph - approved for unlimited future commercial use)
VENDOR, $300
Presence at the event - heavy foot traffic from athletes AND spectators. Perimeter location for good visibility with roughly 10x10ft space (power, wifi and chairs provided).

· Group vendor post to social media outlets
· Option to include any marketing material in ALL athlete bags - this could be a postcard, flyer, pen, coozie, etc. (contributor must print/deliver prior to event)
· 2 professional photographs highlighting your booth/product/service at the event (you will own these photographs - approved for unlimited future commercial use)
RX VENDOR, $450
Presence at the event - heavy foot traffic from athletes AND spectators plus a premium location (central) for best visibility with roughly 20x10ft space (power, wifi and chairs provided). ONLY 5 AVAILABLE SPOTS.

· Option to include any marketing material in ALL athlete bags - this could be a postcard, flyer, pen, coozie, etc. (contributor must print/deliver prior to event)
· 3 professional photographs highlighting your booth/product/service at the event (you will own these photographs - approved for unlimited future commercial use)
EVENT SPONSOR, $700
Event sponsors are a major part of our pre-event and event social media coverage. We have 5 major events that happen over the course of the weekend, and event sponsors are each paired with an event - this includes the event announcement, all event signage, all event posts, etc. (Ex: Event 1 - Clown Car, brought to you by EVENT SPONSOR). Event sponsors also have many added benefits noted below to maximize engagement and visibility. Optional presence at event with an RX Vendor booth (see details above) plus additional benefits noted below. ONLY 5 AVAILABLE SPOTS.
