2025 SCHEDULE
***Reminder: Location is Ignit Sports & Fitness, 200 SE 37th Street, Grimes, IA 50111. Main entrance is on the East side of the building (do not try to sneak in the back entrance or you will be escorted out and banned for the weekend).
Couple Quick Notes:
We will be posting an image of an approved parking map this week - one of the other tenants in the building has deliveries on Saturday so we need to be respectful. You will be towed if you violate the parking restrictions!!!
The facility chairs kinda suck - plastic folding chairs. We encourage athletes to bring a comfy folding chair, but we will not allow people to “park chairs” on the immediate perimeter of the competition floor. We want people to be able to watch their friends/family so reserved spots around the floor won’t be allowed.
There will be food available for purchase on site, but it’s primarily classic concession food. You’re welcome to bring in your own food.
No dogs (unless they are legit service dogs).

FRIDAY
4:00-6:00pm: EARLY-BIRD CHECK-IN (optional - athletes may check in anytime before they compete Saturday, but fair warning it gets really congested that morning. Also, each athlete must have a signed waiver so you may only check in on behalf of your partner IF you have their signed waiver in-hand - link to print HERE.) PLEASE BRING YOUR COMPLETED WAIVER TO CHECK-IN TO KEEP THINGS MOVING!
6:15-7:15pm: STANDARDS BRIEFING (optional attendance - we will review movement standards, how workouts layout on the floor, answer questions and allow some time for athletes to test out equipment - FINAL WORKOUT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THIS TIME, then posted to the blog immediately following the briefing for those not in attendance)
SATURDAY
Doors open at 8:00am (do NOT try to get in any earlier). If at any point we get ahead of schedule we will continue to work ahead so please arrive with plenty of time before your scheduled events.

Heat reassignments for Sunday will be posted shortly after each division wraps up on Saturday - please be patient as it may take up to a couple hours. New heats will be based on placement at the end of Saturday’s events - highest ranked teams will be in the final heat of their respective division.

Men’s and Women’s Strength Ladders will run simultaneously on opposite ends of the competition floor, so please be sure you know what heat you are in for Sunday so you are able to plan arrival/warm-up accordingly. Novice women will go first, then once Intermediate Women start, Novice Men will also begin.
