2024 VENDOR NEWSLETTER

It’s the 10th Annual CF Circus and we are SO psyched you’re a part of it! We try to make life real easy for our vendors and sponsors, so here’s what you’ll need to know to have a kickass weekend!

CHECK-IN/SET-UP - Vendors are welcome to check in anytime Friday afternoon (between 3-7pm) or Saturday morning (anytime after 7:45am). I suggest setting up Friday because Saturday the parking and the lines gets wild and carrying anything in will be a pain. You’ll be provided with vendor bracelets that we need you to wear all weekend for access (or our door people will charge you admission).

When you come in, you’ll find your designated spot taped out with your company noted. Please stay within the tapes lines. If you need a table, please let us know in advance. We will have some on site, but not unlimited. We do have plenty of chairs, and we’ll provide extension and power cords for those who need them. Wifi is available, but if you have a hot spot I suggest having that handy too. We will check in on you, but reach out to Anna if you have any specific needs!

Throughout the weekend, we also do vendor shout-outs, so if you have a note with a sentence or 2 you want us to share we’ll do so! This might include info about your products, specials, etc.

PHOTOGRAPHY - We will have our photographer on site so if you want any commercial images to have let us know and we’ll have her swing by and provide details!

WAIVER - CLICK HERE to access the waiver. Please print out and sign in advance - Friday night and Saturday morning we get LONG lines of athletes checking in and this will speed the process up immensely. We will have waivers on site too as back-up. Any minors must print name, have parents sign/date, and include parent/guardian contact information.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE - CLICK HERE! You only have to be at the event when you want to be - we don’t require you to sit all day or stay until it wraps. So come and go as you please, just know that anything you leave behind we are not responsible for.
