SCALED WOMEN TEAMS

Three women.  Deadlift 125lbs, 55lb thruster, 85lb clean, 10lb wallball work, 26lb kettle bell work, 20 inch box jumps/step-ups, singles, knees-to-arm (knees can touch any part of arm), and jumping pull-ups. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement.

SCALED MEN TEAMS

Three men.  Deadlift 185lbs, 95lb thruster, 115lb clean, 14lb wallball work, 35lb kettle bell work, 24 inch box jumps/step-ups, singles, knees-to-arm (knees can touch any part of arm), and jumping pull-ups. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement.

RX WOMEN TEAMS

Three women.  Deadlift 155lbs, 75lb thruster, 115lbs clean, 14lb wallball work, 35lb kettle bell work, 20 inch box jumps, double-unders, toes-to-bar, chest-to-bar, handstand push-ups, and pistol squats. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement. Teams may not have ANY athletes who placed in the top 150 (as an individual) in the 2017 Open (excluding teens and masters).

RX MEN TEAMS

Three men.  Deadlift 225lbs, 115lb thruster, 165lbs clean, 20lb wallball work, 53lb kettle bell work, 24 inch box jumps, double-unders, toes-to-bar, chest-to-bar, handstand push-ups, and pistol squats. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement. Teams may not have ANY athletes who placed in the top 150 (as an individual) in the 2017 Open (excluding teens and masters).

ELITE WOMEN TEAMS

Three women.  Deadlift 185lbs, 105lb thruster, 155lbs clean, 14lb+ wallball work, 53lb+ kettle bell work, 20+ inch box jumps, strict handstand push-ups, and muscle-ups. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement. Elite athletes should be ready for anything.  No restrictions or requirements on registration – anybody who is capable is welcome in this division.

ELITE MEN TEAMS

Three men.  Deadlift 275lbs, 155lb thruster, 225lbs clean, 20lb+ wallball work, 70lb+ kettle bell work, 24+ inch box jumps, strict handstand push-ups, and muscle-ups. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement.  Elite athletes should be ready for anything. No restrictions or requirements on registration – anybody who is capable is welcome in this division.
