SCALED TEAMS

Two men and two women required.  Deadlift 125/185lbs, 55/95lb thruster, 85/115lb clean, 10/14lb wallball work, 26/35lb kettle bell work, 20/24 inch box jumps/step-ups, singles, knees-to-elbow (just need to touch any part of arm), box push-ups and dips at 24 inches. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement.

RX TEAMS

Two men and two women required.  Deadlift 155/225lbs, 75/115lb thruster, 115/165lbs clean, 14/20lb wallball work, 35/53lb kettle bell work, 20/24 inch box jumps, double-unders, toes-to-bar, pull-ups, handstand push-ups, pistol squats, and bar-muscle-ups. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement. Teams may not have more than 1 athlete who placed in the top 200 (as an individual) in the 2016 Open (excluding teens and masters).

RX+ TEAMS

Two men and two women required.  Deadlift 185/275lbs, 105/155lb thruster, 155/225lbs clean, 14/20lb+ wallball work, 35/53lb+ kettle bell work, 20/24+ inch box jumps, double-unders, toes-to-bar, chest-to-bar, handstand push-ups, hand-walking, pistol squats, ring muscle-ups. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movement.  No restrictions or requirements on registration – anybody who is capable is welcome in this division.
