The Snake Charmer

Details

  • 14 minute time cap
  • Each pair will complete jumping rope buy-ins, and 3 sets of deadlift/sumo deadlift high-pull and varying quantities of ring rows or rope climbs (based on division).
  • Pairs are male-female, male-female.  The first male-female pair begins, and at “3, 2, 1, GO,” they begin their jumping rope buy-in.  Each individual must complete 50 (singles/double-unders), and one athlete must complete ALL 50 before the other begins.  Next, athletes move to their first set of deadlifts/SDHP, then to ring rows/rope climbs…and so on.  Athletes may split up all movements in any way they wish.  Once the first pair hits the finish line for time, the second pair may begin the same structure, but with fewer deadlift/SDHP reps and heavier weight.  When pair 2 is complete they will go to the finish line for time. (2 scores = time for each pair)
